Bring water to a boil and, without removing from the heat, add the washed and defrosted berries. Add sugar or fructose. Cook for 5 minutes.

Pour the juice (or wine) into a saucepan, add the spices, and place on the stove. Cut the orange (or apples) into slices and add. Bring to a boil, but do not let it boil. Remove from heat immediately. Let it steep for 10 minutes.

Make the syrup: mix powdered sugar with hot water, stirring well until completely dissolved. Refrigerate to cool.
Wash the mint leaves thoroughly and pat dry (wipe with a towel).
Juice the lemon and lime. Pour the juice into a decanter.
Using a pestle and mortar or a wooden spoon, gently crush the mint and syrup, being careful not to break the leaves. Mix in a decanter with the juice.
Add Sprite or mineral water, or regular water and mineral water.
Garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves.
